Enjoy options with our modes of financing

Project Finance

Designed for long-term capital-intensive projects where repayment is solely based on the cash flow generated from the project. The financing is normally extended to a Special Purpose Vehicle which isolates the project's assets and liabilities, protecting the promoter's other assets from potential risks.

Contract Finance

Short to medium term financing offered to contractors, who have been awarded contracts to construct and complete infrastructure projects under progress payment arrangement. By improving cash flow, this mode allows businesses to concentrate on delivering expertise without having to worry about financial management.

Deferred Payment Loan

A medium-term financing offered to contractors entrusted to construct and complete infrastructure projects under deferred payment concept. It is designed to bridge the gap between the period of completion and the actual payment made by the government to the contractor, allowing improved management of cash flow and sustenance of business.

Private Finance Initiative

A programme designed to support the government’s efforts to improve the quality of services of public facilities. It provides financing for private sector investors in completing social infrastructure projects awarded by the government, leading to cost-effective and innovative efforts to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Structured Finance

Medium to long-term funding, awarded based on project viability and the promoter's financial strength. Structured Finance meets unique capital needs not typically covered by traditional lending, often to assist the customers in the construction of building and acquisition of assets. This mode also helps enhance liquidity while keeping risks in check.
